| For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable fees to our patients; therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 925-294-4000. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. Financing for some procedures is available through CareCredit. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Should your insurance company pay more than we estimated, you will receive a refund check by mail the beginning of the following month. Any remaining balance after your insurance company has paid is your responsibility. A statement will be sent to the responsible party, and your prompt remittance is appreciated. |
